Let's notice that Le Nôtre is not only the name of the designer of the gardens of Versailles and other famous French castles; it is also the name of a famous house for pastry and bakery. And besides Lenôtre France is also rich in some famous bakers and pâtissiers (cf. Dalloyau, Fauchon, Hédiard, Hermé, Piège, Roger, etc.). Unfortunately, as a fan of fitness I rarely eat sweets, cakes and pastry (but I do love chocolate!). As with caviar I prefer to shoot the items with a camera! Therefore, I am sure that there are plenty of people like me, who eat very little pastry, and yet love the way it looks (cf. in books, on postcards or posters), because a beautiful pastry may well be likened to a painting or a sculpture, in short, to a work of art! Doesn't bakery belong to the fine arts? Let's just check the photographs.
